Sales tax
19% sales tax is already included in our prices so there is no additional cost when you proceed to checkout but the cost for shipment.
19% is the sales tax rate in Germany we will charge for all our customers despite where you might live and what the sales tax is in your country.
Why are we doing that?
Since we are based in Germany it is possible to charge our local sales tax rate worldwide up to a certain income threshold per country. It is designed like that so small business, like we are, can sell their products or services to a wider range of customers. If we couldn’t do that we would have to pay sales tax in all the countries where our customers are which is incredible complex and a huge effort we couldn’t handle.

Payment & Checkout
When you found what you were looking for go check out your basket. There you will find the subtotal amount for the article or articles you chose so far.
If you are happy with your choice you can proceed to the Checkout.
You will be asked for your personal information, like your name and email address.
We need those so we can let you know when your order has been shipped as well as to send you a code to track your shipment when we send it out.
In the next step you will be asked to give us the address where you want us to deliver to.
Depending on where you live the cost for shipment does varie.
For example, we live in Germany and if you live here as well it will be cheaper than when you live in the US for example. You can find the prices under “cost for shipment”.
Be aware that here might be duties or taxes you have to pay when buying products from outside your country. We would suggest you check that out before you confirm your order.
If you have a note, instructions a wish or you just want to say “hi” use the dedicated input box.
All that’s left to do is to click on “Mit PayPal zahlen” and you will be redirected to your PayPal login.
After you confirmed we will get notified that a purchase was made.
We will check if your payment was received and we make your shipment ready for dispatch as soon as possible.
Usually in 1-2 days it will get send out.
When we generated the shipment label we will send you a confirmation email with your order details and the tracking code for the shipment.
Shipping method
We ship all our articles with Deutsche Post.
All articles are send in a designated mailing back.
We ship your order as soon as we get it unless otherwise stated in the article description.
How long until I get my order?
That depends on where you live, when you placed your order (on sunday the post is closed for example) and if there might be taxes or duties to pay when it enters your country which might cause delay.
Since we just started we can’t say for sure but the tracking function should tell you pretty accuratley when your shipment arrives.
If you are unsure if we ship to your country or have any other question concerning the shipment just write us an email and we try our best to answer and solve any issues.

If you live in a country that was not listed just drop us a message via email
we will research how much it will be and let you know. Usually the prices for the US for example should apply for most other destinations.
Refunds and returns
In general returns are possible within 14 days after you received the shipment. You withdrawal from the contract is possible without a reason. You just need to let us know via email, phone etc.
You then have 14 days as well to send the article back to us.
When the article arrives we will check it´s condition and issue a refund within 14 days or after you send us a receipt for the shipment.
The refund includes the original price with tax and the initial cost for the shipment via the chosen payment service.
The detailed “Widerrufsbelehrung” will be sent to you after you confirmed to buy an article via email.

How to return the article?
If you want to return an article ,as said before, we need you to pay for the shipment.
But since its a one of a kind piece of art we would suggest we pay for the shipment and send you a return label via email so we can choose the service provider and make sure its insured. That’s not gonna be more expensive than the initial cost for shipment! In case it is we deduct the difference from the total.
We will deduct the cost for that from the refund total. In case anything happens with the shipment we can issue compensation with the service provider we used and all is good.
There is one exception here, if the damage was caused by your handling or insufficient packaging we need to issue compensation as well which will usually be the full price.
Why we can’t pay for returning the article
We are a small shop/business and we invest all revenue into future productions/shootings/equipment/material and of course it is how we make a living. So we hope you can understand why for now that’s our policy.
Exceptions
If we for example send you the wrong article we will refund the full amount inclusive shipping cost.
Or the article is lost on the way or damaged we will refund your expenses.
The detailed “Widerrufsbelehrung” will be sent to you after you confirmed to buy an article via email together with article details and the tracking code for the shipment.
